We are seeking a Senior Architect with 10 years of experience working with Corporate, Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Airports design facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals. As a Senior Architect at SSOE, you will be responsible for designing and lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all client requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• • Applies sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices in broad areas of assignments in related fields.
  • Makes independent decisions on architectural problems, practices, and methods. In the case of a licensed staff member, acting as a lead project architect.
  • May consult with department manager or project manager concerning unusual problems and developments.
  • Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs a medium to large architectural project or a number of smaller complex projects with overall understanding/familiarity with construction estimates, budget adherence, quality control, and inter-discipline coordination.
  • Responsible for solid, finished plans and specifications and final acceptance or rejection of major items involving materials, equipment, manufacturer's quality, and field construction results.
  • Represents the firm in meetings and conferences to resolve important questions and to plan and coordinate a project.
  • Has knowledge of US building design codes, OSHA compliance requirements, and working experience dealing with site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, methods, and general details.
  • Takes an active part in client contact and business development activities and may participate in presentations.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience related practical experience with former employer(s).
• Advanced English level.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience mainly in building design related with the projects described before.
• Advanced in Revit, Lumion and similar.
• Highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
