The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:
Hiring and Onboarding
• Drafting employment contracts
• Registering new employees in the company's systems
• Coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools
Incident Control
• Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions
• Handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems
• Conducting exit interviews
Employee Counseling and Development
• Assisting managers with staff counseling and development
• Providing assistance with the corrective action program
Benefits Administration
Under direction and in partnership of Corporate Benefits Team:
• Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies
• Annual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiries
• Assists with organizing, communicating, and implementing benefits and perks
• Maintaining relationships with providers and conducting internal benefit campaigns
• Providing employee support and problem resolution
Policies and Procedures
• Assist in drafting policies and procedures
• Updating the internal portal
Organizational Development
• Assist HR Manger with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employees
• Applying, interpreting, and monitoring compliance with NOM035
• Assist with drafting job descriptions and evaluations
• Collaborating with managers on the annual salary strategy
Learning and Development (L&D)
Under direction and in partnership with Corporate L&D team:
• Coordinating ongoing L&D programs, including communication with participants and managers, organizing venues,
registration and monitoring of enrollments, preparing materials, and follow-up evaluations
• Identifying and assessing training needs
• Evaluating feedback from training sessions and making improvements
• Establishing relationships with providers to meet training needs
• Participating in Managerial meetings and training or safety committees as needed
