We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Leon office. This role is pivotal to the office's daily operational flow, serving as a key liaison between departments and ensuring that the firm's standards for quality, confidentiality, and client service are met with excellence.
The successful candidate will perform complex administrative tasks requiring a thorough understanding of corporate procedures, operating with high autonomy and precision.

Perform advanced administrative functions by mastering office routines, internal programs, and organizational structures. Ensure project team compliance with specific client requirements.
Handles proprietary information in a confidential manner at all times.
Maintain archive records and databases in accordance with corporate procedures.
Assist the HR team with critical processes, including New Hire Orientation (Onboarding), corporate gift programs, memorials, and employee recognition initiatives.
Assist with corporate led initiatives.
Serve as a core member for the front desk reception team, ensuring a world-class first impression for visitors, clients, and partners.
Support the corporate travel team by scheduling rental cars, managing travel itineraries, and performing meticulous reconciliation of rental and travel invoices.
Assists facilities team with tracking use of SSOE pool cars, mileage, and maintenance; creation of ID badges and replacement badges; and ordering of nameplates for new hires.
May be assigned to and / or provide assistance to Client Requirements for project team compliance.
Additional duties based on business need which include arranging travel, database and record management, or planning company events
