• Applies standard design techniques and procedures exercising judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to design concepts.
• Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and assistance in deriving possible solutions to unusual problems.
• Coordinates and directs the work effort of designers on the same project with some responsibility for checking portions of the completed drawings.
• Produce highly complex 2D structural construction documents in AutoCAD for mission-critical process tool foundations and equipment support systems with minimal oversigh

• Create and maintain AutoCAD drawing templates, blocks, and layer standards specific to semiconductor facility requirements.

• Generate precise equipment foundation drawings coordinating with manufacturer tool installation requirements and weight load specifications.

• Utilize Revit to develop complex 3D structural models of semiconductor facilities, ensuring high levels of accuracy, data integrity, and cross-discipline coordination within the BIM environment.

• Stay current with Revit updates, BIM workflows, and emerging design technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the Tool Install department.

• Prepares addendums and bulletins. Initiates project change orders for submittal to the project manager.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and vendors to integrate structural requirements for specialized semiconductor tools
• Develops an understanding for other discipline's needs and requirements and relates them to own discipline and total project scope.
• Researches design options and documents findings for project engineer/architect.
• Checks design calculations and drawings.
• Processes shop drawings; checks to ensure quality accuracy and completeness.
• Has external customer contact.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Highly preferred) or Architecture.
• 10 + years as structural designer/modeler within similar responsibilities
• Prior experience within large industrial projects (Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor industry).
• Prior experience within manufacturing facilities, cleanroom structures, process tool foundations, equipment support systems, advanced technology manufacturing plants.
• High efficiency in CAD (advanced 2D production, customization, standards development)
• Proficient in Revit (3D structural modeling, BIM coordination, documentation) 
• Advanced English.
