Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

  • Supports daily operations of the ERP system, including user support, configuration assistance, and issue resolution.
  • Assists with data entry, data validation, and data integrity checks across ERP modules including Accounting, CRM, Project Management, and Resource Management to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from ERP to support business operations, financial reporting, project tracking, and resource planning needs across departments.  
  • Provides first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoots basic system issues, documents problems, and escalates complex issues to senior staff or Third-Party support as appropriate. Creates training materials, user guides, and delivers end-user training.
  • Supports testing activities during upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new feature deployments.
  • Collaborates with Finance, HR, Project Management, and other departments to gather requirements, understand business processes, and assist with translating needs into system workflow improvements. 
  • Maintains documentation, workflows, procedures, and system configuration records.
  • Supports data migration, cleanup, conversion, and validation activities.
  • Monitors system performance, user activity, and data quality metrics. Reports anomalies, errors, or potential issues to management for resolution.
  • Supports custom report development and dashboard creation using ERP reporting tools and program AI capabilities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Participates in ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supports change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on data entered into the system, ensures compliance with established procedures, and identifies opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Job may require use of AI or similar digital technology to perform the job function. 
  • Maintains knowledge of ERP features, updates, and best practices through self-study, training courses, and participation in professional development opportunities. 

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of ERP, application support, help desk, business systems, or related experience
  • Deltek Vantagepoint experience a plus but not required; demonstrated aptitude and eagerness to learn new ERP systems is equally valued.
  • Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred to support collaboration with international team members.
  • Experience with ERP reporting, testing, documentation, training, or support.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, test plans, and user guidance.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, data governance, and data quality practices preferred.
  • Understanding of procurement, purchasing, project accounting, or financial processes preferred. Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, cross-border team environment
  • Advanced English.
