This role is responsible for delivering high-quality recruiting support while working collaboratively with Human Resources representatives, business-unit leaders, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.

Develop and execute a corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan in partnership with HR Representatives and business-unit leaders.
Identify and cultivate strategic talent sources for both experienced professionals and campus recruiting needs.
Manage recruiting activities throughout the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination with hiring teams, and, when applicable, offer extension.
Use a combination of traditional networking, industry relationships, digital recruiting tools, and technology-driven sourcing techniques to identify candidates with critical skill sets.
Partner with HR Representatives and Business Units to prioritize staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to current and anticipated openings.
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers by understanding hiring priorities, advising on staffing plans, and supporting effective decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams to provide timely feedback and promote a positive candidate experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities at SSOE.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the architecture and engineering marketplace to recommend recruiting strategies that strengthen SSOE’s ability to attract talent.
Identify and recommend new, creative, and effective sourcing approaches for candidates with specialized qualifications.
Track recruitment activity and evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of sourcing methods; use findings to recommend future recruitment strategies.
Travel occasionally, as business needs require.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Three to five years of demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates required; experience in the architecture and engineering industry is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of both recruiting and sales processes.
Strong ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
